Facebook is a place to connect with people, but sometimes Facebook can also reveal too much. If you want your Facebook profile to be less visible, you can use privacy settings to lock information. Deactivate your account (Computer)

Disable the profile if you want to hide for a while. Disable your Facebook page if you plan to stop using Facebook for a while. Hide posts and tags. You can hide posts so others can’t see them, or restrict them to a group of close friends.

Block others from posting on your timeline. You can turn off posting to your timeline so other people can’t post to your page. This step allows you to use only your own timeline, or block and lock it completely.
