• Seasoning: Soy sauce, salt, pepper, refined flour

How to prepare kim money millet

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

Wash the main ingredients such as meat, fat, vegetables,… Then cut pork, fat, sausage, cucumber or carrot into pieces about 2mm. Minced onion and garlic.

Step 2: Seasoning

Marinate chicken, pork, fat, sausage with minced onion, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 4 tablespoons wine . Then mix well and marinate for about 30-40 minutes for the meat to absorb the spices.

In addition, you prepare a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce with 3 tablespoons of honey to brush on the meat.

Step 3: Grill the meat

After marinating, use a bamboo toothpick to skewer the chicken, pork, fat, and sausage in turn, and block the 2 ends of the toothpick with 2 pieces of cucumber to stick the meat together. Put on the grill on the prepared embers, while grilling, brush the meat with a layer of honey to help the meat more sweet, golden and glossy. Keep turning the skewers to cook evenly.
