Uses of the Bad Report feature

The Bad Report feature can notify the publisher to review and handle the following violations:

• Use your Zalo account to share depraved content, hot photos, content that violates the nation’s fine customs and traditions.
• Use your Zalo account to share phishing scams , spread malicious programs, viruses, and actions to harm or destroy the network.
• Distributing services that infringe copyrights, works, infringe intellectual property rights.

Instructions on how to use the Bad Report function on Zalo

Report bad account

If you find an account that violates publisher policies or is engaged in harmful behavior, you can use the Bad Report feature by: Go to that account’s profile > select Menu with pictures 3 dots > Bad report > Tick the reason for bad report on the board that appears.

Bad News Active

In the Log section > Select the activity you want to report bad > Select Menu with 3 dots > Select Bad Report > Tick on the reason for bad report on the table that appears.

What to do when your account is locked because others report bad news?
