  • 1kg snails or stuffed snails
  • 100g pork hock
  • 50g lean minced meat
  • 4 pieces of shiitake mushrooms
  • 20 pieces of guise leaves
  • Other spices: lemongrass, red onion, green onion, garlic, chili, pepper, fish sauce, seasoning, salt, cooking oil.

How to make snail rolls with guise leaves

Step 1Process materials

First, wash the snails and soak them with rice water or diluted vinegar water so that the snails release all the mud and dirt inside. Soaking time is about 4-5 hours. Then boil the snails with lemongrass juice for aroma and then stir the snail meat to rub it in salt water to remove the slime and wash it . Next, cut the snail meat into small pieces.
