How to make tonjiru
Step 1Process materials
Cut the pork into thin pieces. Wash and peel carrots, white radishes, and taro and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Take a paper towel to absorb the outer layer of fried tofu to remove some of the oil, cut the tofu into thin, small pieces.
