You probably won’t find this at your grocery store. Well marbled prime, premium hand-cut filet is finest at it’s finest. Filets are cut only from the center of the tenderloin.

Pickup:
All pickup orders must be placed 24 hours in advance, and there is no minimum order. (Please make sure to place Saturday pickup orders by 10am on Friday.)
Orders can be picked up at our location in the Strip District at 2840 Smallman Street.
Please note, if your order contains items from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch the lead times will be more than 24 hours. Jubilee Hilltop Ranch orders will need to be placed by Monday at 10 am for pickup on Thursday or delivery the following Wednesday.

Delivery:
The minimum order for home delivery is $100. There is a $23 delivery fee. You can always pick up your order at our location in the Strip District if that works better for you or you don’t reach the minimum.
Unless otherwise noted, all of your orders from The Prime Butcher menu are hand-cut, fresh to order daily. They will arrive at your door fresh and will need to be brought inside that same day.
Our home delivery schedule is now on Wednesdays each week.
Please note, all Jubilee Hilltop Ranch items are frozen fresh.
Shipping: All orders are shipped frozen.
