New For Summer: Starbucks Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino & Unicorn Cake Pops!

Oh how I love it when Starbucks unveils the new seasonal items! From merchandise to new drinks, I wish I could have it all! Alas, this time, I settled for trying two new items from their summer menu and my kids enjoyed getting in on this, too.

So, if you’ve been seeing the commercials for the new Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino and drooling – get ready, because I tried it and I’ve got all the details and PICTURES!

Starbucks Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino:

Truth be told, I was driving through with the full intention to stay on my diet and order my favorite Starbucks keto drink, but as soon as I saw the new menu featuring a beautiful picture of that funnel cake frappuccino with strawberry drizzle, it took me two seconds to say SOLD.

I absolutely love strawberries and anything strawberry flavored. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the strawberry drizzle looks just like the picture! Softly dusting their pillowy whipped cream, the strawberry syrup is a delicious addition to their drinks and I can’t wait to see it show up in more things!

They also do a dollop of the whip with more strawberry sauce inside the frappuccino. Just take a look at this generous serving inside.

The funnel cake frappuccino has a soft graham crackery taste, but I had coffee added, so I may not have gotten the full funnel cake flavor. I feel like they could repurpose the funnel cake flavor in a s’mores frappuccino or something, too.

But, I can’t leave without something for the kids, so I went to order some cake pops and found out that they had a special new one that we couldn’t resist:

Unicorn Cake Pops:

Look how cute these are! I can barely stand it! The white chocolate exterior with colorful details is the perfect introduction for the surprise inside…

The cake inside of the unicorn is…. wait for it… funfetti cake!

Do you know a kid (or person) that doesn’t love FUNFETTI CAKE?? I think the combo is so brilliant and it was something special that really made my kids’ day!
