Liver King is now eating raw humble pie.
“I fully own that I f–ed up … I lied,” the shirtless influencer said in a video finally admitting that his stomach-churning diet of raw liver and testicles was not the secret to his eye-popping physique.
“Yes, I’ve done steroids. And yes, I’m on steroids,” he admitted late Thursday, days after his $11,000-a-month habit was exposed.
“I’m making this video to apologize — because I f—ed up,” the primal-lifestyle fraud, real name Brian Johnson, said in his mea culpa.
“Because I’m embarrassed and ashamed — because I lied and I misled a lot of people,” he said.
“I have only myself to blame. I did that, and it was all wrong,” he said, vowing to “be better.”
Johnson said he “dug [himself] into a bigger and deeper hole” every time he lied on podcasts by denying ever using steroids and instead putting his almost cartoonish figure down to his nine ancestral tenets as well as his own brand of meat supplements.
He put his steroid use down to “self-esteem issues.”
“This is why I f—ing work myself to death in the gym. This is why I do 12 to 15 blood-burning workouts a week — just to feel like I’m OK,” he said.
“And hormone replacement has helped in a profound and significant way.”
While admitting steroid use, he laughed off speculation that he’d had “ab implants” or “any other plastic surgery.”
He also addressed the biggest criticism of his lies — that it had helped him grow rich by bamboozling followers into buying his Ancestral Supplements products.
“Nope, the Liver King brand has had nothing — or at least very little — to do with business success,” said Johnson, who previously claimed to make more than $100 million a year.
“My companies were already kicking ass, already successful, before the Liver King public figure,” he claimed.
He ended his initial apology by saying he was “as sorry as any man can be.”
“And all I can do is take extreme ownership right now — be better and lead myself to a better life as a better human.”
In a fresh video on his Instagram stories Friday, he even expressed his “deepest appreciation” to Derek of “More Plates, More Dates,” the podcaster who exposed his steroid bill.
“Derek was the catalyst to help bring me to my knees. That means Derek is also the catalyst that will help me rise to new heights.
“So I am eternally grateful — thank you, Derek,” he said of the influencer who only goes by his first name.
Along with eating humble pie, Liver King said it had also been “a very revealing time” — noting “a betrayal” among an unnamed assumed ally.
Johnson did not name the man he planned to “cut out of my life for an eternity,” but many one-time supporters have turned against him.
That includes so-called Carnivore MD Paul Saladino, a business partner who publicly declared his anger and disappointment over the scandal, insisting he had no idea his pal was on steroids despite his “concerns.”
“I was misled,” he complained, saying he was “incredibly disappointed.”
