- This show is so good and is making me upset that we aren’t on season 3 right now
- This show is absolutely incredible! The story is good, the animation is good and the voice cast as well. I love how it blends all the genres which are action, adventure, drama, romance, sci-fi, suspense and coming of age. I hope season 2 will be release soon.
- Some might compare this to The Boys… but in reality Amazon has delivered two very different shows even though they fit in the same genres. Not entire sure how they managed this but they did. Yes this is animated, but still it’s about super heroes and real world consequences. This show does address the idea of having an all power “Superman” type of character but comes at it from a very different angle (from The Boys). I personally loved it and can’t wait for the next season.
- “WHAT THE FUCK!” – my reaction when I watched this. It was shocking and DEFINITELY not for kids, but probably one of the best TV series I have EVER watched. Like holy moly, that was good. Can’t wait until the next season.
- can’t wait until the new season
- A really fun time! It pretty much goes without saying at this point, but JK Simmons is great in this, and so is the rest of the cast, notably Seth Rogan. Somehow Invincible feels like a breath of fresh air in a very cluttered genre, which is impressive in its own right. The over the top gore did turn me off initially, but now I appreciate how realistic it is. This show is half normal superhero tropes and half balls to the walls insanity, and that is just perfect to me. I’m so glad they’re taking their time with season two, 8/10
- Met every expectation I could’ve hoped for in this adaptation of Kirkman’s comic book series. Original and emotional. 1000% must see
- Boasting a formidable stable of voice actors and based on the well-received comics by Robert Kirkman, Invincible is outstanding through its first eight episodes. The content is about as adult as the superhero genre allows while the animation style takes me back to being a kid on Saturday mornings. The combination of these two opposing styles makes for some incredibly intoxicating viewing.
- Invincible: Season 1 is one of the best-animated superhero shows I have seen out there mainly for its much more mature tone and gore, with a more realistic story and a great twist.
