Step 1Make cake base

Fresh cream mixture : You beat 150ml whipping cream and 100ml topping cream until the mixture reaches about 70% firmness.
You put 150g of the fresh cream mixture and the white mixture earlier and beat well, then pour it over the cake base and spread it evenly.
The rest of the whipped cream mixture you mixed with the brown mixture and beat well.
You can spread the cake with a layer of light brown as you like, then put the cake in the freezer for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, you take out the cake and add the brown mixture that has been beaten with fresh cream, spread evenly, then cover the cake with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Step 3Finishing the cake
You prepare the Dalgona coffee mixture : 1 tablespoon of instant black coffee powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of boiling water, then beat until the mixture is smooth and dissolved.
