How to make Taro Tea:
Step 1: Taro, peeled sweet potato, washed with salt water, cut into 1.5 cm squares, steamed until cooked, let cool.
Step 2:
– Wash the glutinous rice and pour it into coconut water, add pandan leaves, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt.
– You put on the stove to cook on low heat until the sticky rice is cooked for about 30 minutes and then add the potatoes. (This step does not need to be on fire, you can cook sticky rice in a rice cooker).
– Then when you see the sticky and thickened. Turn off the stove.
Step 3: Cook coconut milk:
Coconut milk + 1 tablespoon sugar + 1/2 teaspoon salt + 1 tablespoon tapioca flour (mix a little water to dissolve), stir until the mixture thickens and boil, stir well and turn off the heat.
