Ingredient
- Hot rice (using sticky rice): 2 bowls

How to make round seaweed rice balls
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
Wash and chop the shiitake mushrooms, then chop them finely.
Carrots: Peel and wash. Cut the carrots into long strips and then continue to chop them until they are very small.
Next, you put the bacon in the microwave to bake or fry. Wait for the meat to cool, then thinly slice it.
Onions, you just need to cut the roots, wash and cut into small pieces
Cut the seaweed into squares or rectangles with a width of 2-3 cm.
Step 2: Prepare to multiply
Turn on the stove and heat the pan, then add ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant with sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame . When the garlic and ginger are fragrant, add the carrots and stir-fry.
