Right click on the page. If you’re using a Mac with just one mouse button, you can hold down the Contrp key and click the mouse at the same time. If you’re using a laptop with a touchpad, you can use two-finger taps on the trackpad instead of a right-click. A drop-down menu will appear.

  • Do not right-click on a link or image on the page as this will cause another menu to appear.

  • You’ll see the View page source option when using Chrome and Firefox, and the View Source option for Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer.
  • You can also press Ctrl + U (regular desktop) or ⌥ Option + ⌘ Command + U (Mac computer) to display the page source code.
