Clearly define the goal. If your goals are vague, you will have a hard time achieving them. However, if you are specific when choosing the things that can be estimated, you will be able to accomplish them more easily. SMART Criteria will be very useful, and it represents Specific – Specific, Measurable – Estimable, Attainable – Achievable, Realistic – Feasible, Time bound – Has a definite duration.
