Open the project in Excel. You can right-click a file in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac). If Excel is already open, go to File > Open and select the file you want to open.

Click the Print Titles option. This option is in the Page Setup group with the Excel sheet and printer icon.

  • If the Print Titles option is grayed out, it may be because you are editing a cell (check if the mouse pointer is in the cell), or the computer is not currently connected to the printer.

Enter the rows you want to print on each page in the “Rows to repeat at top” field. If you don’t see the “Rows to repeat at top” and “Cpumns to repeat at left” fields, check that the Sheets tab is selected.

Enter the columns that you want to print on each page next to the “Cpumns to repeat at left” field. If you don’t see the “Rows to repeat at top” and “Cpumns to repeat at left” fields, check to see if the Sheets tab is selected.
