You cannot perform operations on mobile platforms (such as smartphones or tablets).
The quality of YouTube videos will be reduced when posted to Facebook.
Facebook only allows uploading videos up to 1.75MB in size and 45 minutes in length; Videos that are larger/longer in length will not be able to be uploaded.

Select the downloaded video. Find the video you downloaded and click it to select it.

If you haven’t adjusted your browser’s download settings, you’ll see the video in the Downloads folder on the left side of the window.

Click Open in the bottom-right corner of the window to upload the video to your Facebook post.

Add content to the post. Enter any information that you want to attach to the video in the text input field above the post creation box. You should at least credit the author (such as “Source: [username]”.

Click Post . It’s the blue button in the lower right corner of the post window. As such, the video will be uploaded to Facebook, but you will have to wait a few minutes before the video upload is complete.

You and others can watch the video by navigating to the video on your profile and clicking the “Play” button.

Advice

You can also post the link directly from YouTube by copying, opening Facebook, and pasting the link into the “What’s on your mind?” field. (What’s on your mind) at the top of the News Feed or Timeline page.
