Advice
- The IB International Baccalaureate Program is the closest preparation for entering University. This all depends on the preparation for the post-secondary form of training. Enjoy the feeling of tension. Too much relaxation leads to slow, passive education, and the IB program is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of a brighter future. Now you work hard, then relax.
- Sleep and provide nutrients. For the IB program, you need at least 6 hours of sleep. Plan your studies and do your homework in advance. You should sleep by 11pm at the latest. You also need at least 3 meals a day to be able to absorb large amounts of information.
Warning
- Procrastination can lead to many of the bad results listed above, so learn. Procrastination won’t help: The only way to end is to start.
- The IB program itself, as well as the lack of sleep because of it, can make you sick, just as the feeling of lethargy is caused by improper nutrition and/or lack of sleep.
- If it’s too stressful, give up the IB program or change schools. It’s a great program, but if school activity causes a mental breakdown, it’s no longer worth it.
Things you need
- Planner or diary creation board.
- A good teacher on TOK (Theory of Perception), or a good TOK book.
- High quality textbooks, preferably written specifically for the IB Diploma.
- Application for registration of CAS activities.
