Normally, to open a CD/DVD drive, you just need to press the button on the drive or the function key on the keyboard depending on the type of computer. Pop the drive out with a paper clip
Get the drive from the computer
- Use a screwdriver to open the screws on the side of the case.
- Gently press and slide the cover to the back of the case.
- Pull the cover off the case.

Open the drive with File Explorer
