Double-click the workbook to open it in Excel. This workbook must contain at least 2 sheets that you want to merge.

Click + to create a new workbook. This button is located at the bottom of the workbook, to the right of the name of the last sheet.

Click the Data tab at the top of the screen, located between “Formula” and “Review.”

Click the Conspidate action in the “Data Tops” group of the top toolbar. The Conspidate panel will appear.

Select Sum from the “Function” drop-down menu. This is the first drop-down menu in the Conspidate panel.

Click the up arrow located to the right of the “Reference” box. The Conspidate table will shrink and be renamed to Conspidate – Reference.

  • On some versions of Excel, the arrow is gray or black. On the remaining versions, you will see a small rectangle, inside there is a tiny red arrow.

Select the data in the first worksheet. Click the sheet name at the bottom of the screen, then click and drag your mouse over the data you want to merge. The data will now be surrounded by a dotted or dotted line.

Click the arrow in the Conspidate – Reference window. The larger Conspidate panel will reappear.

Click Add to the right of the “All references” box. We can continue to merge the selected data with data from another sheet.

Click the up arrow in the “Reference” box. As before, the Conspdate table will shrink and be titled Conspdate – Reference.

Select the data in the second worksheet. Click the sheet name at the bottom of the workbook, then select the data you want to merge.

Click the Add button. You will see the two selected data tables appear in the “All references” box.

  • If there are other worksheets to merge, add the data in the same way as you did with the previous two sheets.

Check the boxes next to “Top row” and “Left cpumn” (Left column). These two cells are located in the lower left corner of the Conspidate panel.
