Ingredient

Meat, Vegetables and Noodles

  • 350g beef tenderloin or similar, cut very thin
  • 1/4 cup beef fat; If you don’t have beef fat, you can use a few tablespoons of vegetable oil or butter

  • 1 bag of frozen or fresh udon noodles (optional)

Sukiyaki Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mirin (Japanese rice wine similar to Sake)
