Prepare materials and tools

Ingredient:

  • Chicken 1 chicken (about 1.2 kg)
  • Purple onion 5-6 pieces
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Minced ginger 10g
  • Minced garlic 20g
  • Minced purple onion 30g
  • Buffalo horn chili 1 fruit
  • Green pepper 25g
  • Pepper 5g
  • Lettuce, coriander (depending on taste)
  • 1 lemon
  • Condiments needed: ear fish sauce, seasoning, pepper, chili sauce, soup powder, monosodium glutamate, sugar

Steps to make steamed chicken with fish sauce

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Red onion, peeled garlic.
  • Green pepper cleaned, drained.
  • Finely chopped buffalo horn chili for garnish.

  • Coriander, onion cleaned, chopped.
  • Clean lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces, arrange on a plate.

Step 2: Mix marinade

  • Put in a bowl 60g fish sauce, 40g chili sauce, 10g soup powder, 10g monosodium glutamate, 40g sugar, stir well to dissolve the ingredients.
  • Add minced ginger about 10g, minced garlic 20g, minced purple onion 30g, skull pepper 5g. Mix.

  • Add the mixed fish sauce to marinate the chicken.
  • Use your hands to rub the marinade seasoning on the chicken so that the chicken can absorb all the spices.

  • Place the chicken and seasonings in the pot. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

  • Close the lid, steam for another 15-20 minutes , the chicken is cooked, the cooking water is also thick.
  • You take out the chicken , put it on a plate with lettuce and cilantro.
