  • 190g brown rice, washed and drained
  • 45 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 25g organic cane sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 pieces of dried seaweed
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • 120 g thinly sliced carrots
  • 100 g thinly sliced cucumber, circled
  • 20 g sprouts or sprouts

How to make rice rolls from brown rice

Step 1

In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil, then add the brown rice, lower the heat, and cover the pot. Cook until the water dries up and the rice is soft (18-25 minutes).

Drain (can be put in a towel to squeeze gently) to remove excess water, if any.
