Step 1Cook corn milk

Note :
When pouring corn milk into the egg yolks, stir well so that the eggs are not cooked .
To make the custard cream more smooth and sweet, you can add 2 tablespoons of corn syrup to the corn cream mixture before refrigerating.
Step 3Whip and freeze the cornstarch
After the corn cream mixture has cooled, take it out and use a whisk to beat the mixture into a smooth creamy texture. Finally, you continue to put the corn cream in the freezer for 2-4 hours , then you can take it out and enjoy.
