How to make pandan coconut jam
Step 1: Prepare ingredients

Next, you put the pan on the stove and add the soaked coconut mixture and cook with high heat until the water boils, then lower the heat . Boil until the mixture thickens slightly, then add the remaining 50ml of pandan leaves and continue to cook on low heat until the sugar begins to dry and glue .
You continue to stir and slug until the crystallized sugar clings to the coconut and the coconut fiber becomes really dry, then turn off the stove.
Note: When coconut slugs need to constantly stir the coconut evenly to avoid burning the sugar water.
