Pillow cake is a popular snack in countries like India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh. Usually, the pillow cake consists of a deep-fried triangular cake with a filling of vegetables such as potatoes, onions, coriander and green beans.   • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cooking oil or butter

Add oil or butter to the top of the dough. Then mix well with your fingers, mixing in a pinch. Continue mixing until the dough is evenly mixed with the cooking oil and into a ball. The dough should be slightly dry and can be easily divided into small portions.
