How to make mangosteen salad
Step 1:Process materials
The bacon and shrimp bought are washed, especially the shrimp, remove the shrimp head, peel the shell and put these two ingredients in the pot to boil.

First, add about 4 tablespoons of fish sauce, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, a little minced garlic, then mix by hand until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3:Mix salad
Use a large bowl and then pour in the marinated carrots, add onions, mangosteen, laksa leaves and a few slices of chili and mix well. Then slowly mix in each spoon of fish sauce and mix well by hand until all ingredients are infused with the seasoning.
