Steps

Hot brewed coffee

Make hot coffee. Make it darker than usual because you’ll be adding ice to it. The intensity depends on how many stones you plan to use.

  • If you want to add sugar to your coffee, omit the sugar from this step as the sugar granules will dissolve more easily in the hot heat.
Pour freshly brewed coffee into the pot. Let the coffee cool to room temperature (for about an hour), then place it in the fridge for another two hours to cool completely.
Enjoy! Pour cold coffee into a glass, add some ice cubes with milk or cream if you like. Stir well and enjoy.

Make coffee with cold water. This method results in a sweet and delicious iced coffee with up to 67% less acidity than hot brew. The cold phase also helps to reduce the unpleasant bitterness that the normal hot brewing method brings.
Add water to the coffee. Measure out the right amount of coarse ground coffee into the pot. Roasted whole bean coffee will bring a stronger flavor.
Add water. Pour nine cups of cold or cold water into the pitcher.

  • Advice

    • You can make coffee and pour it into an ice tray and put it in the freezer overnight, the next morning, you already have coffee-flavored ice cubes. You can also have them with coffee as needed.
    • If you like to make iced coffee with sugar, add the sugar while the coffee is still hot, so the sugar will dissolve faster; Or add sugar to milk before adding it to coffee.
    • Pour excess coffee into the ice tray, so you will have a cool cup of iced coffee without being diluted.
    • Another idea for a coffee smoothie is to add caramel, milk chocolate, and vanilla. Put all of the above ingredients in a blender, including ice and coffee.
    • You can still make coffee as usual and then put it in the freezer until it freezes. When the coffee has turned to ice, take it out and enjoy.
    • Add all the sugar and other seasonings while the coffee is still hot. They will dissolve faster.
