How to make fresh ice cream at home is both delicious and safe

Step 3 : Pour hot milk and gelatin powder into a glass bowl. Turn on the mixer and beat until the mixture is smooth. Next, put the powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl and turn on the whisk to mix again. Beat until the ingredients form a smooth cream, then stop.

Step 4 : Put the ice cream in a bowl and put it in the fridge for 1 and a half hours . Every 10 minutes , open the refrigerator to take out a bowl of ice cream and mix well, this is an important step to make fresh cream more delicious.

Step 5 : After 90 minutes, prepare a bowl of ice water, take out the bowl of fresh cream and place it in the ice bowl for 30 minutes . During that time, use a spoon to stir the bowl of whipped cream.

Step 6 : After soaking the bowl of cream, turn on the whisk at the highest speed to whip the cream. While beating, you just add the flavorings as you like.

Step 7 : Put 10 to 15 g of cocoa powder or melted chocolate with equal amount in a bowl of ice cream, mix well to have chocolate ice cream . If you like lemon cream , squeeze 10 to 15 ml of lemon juice and mix well. To make cinnamon ice cream , sprinkle more cinnamon powder and mix well to increase the warm flavor.

Step 8 : Turn off the egg beater, wrap the food wrap on the bowl of fresh cream and then put it in the refrigerator until frozen, then you can scoop it out and enjoy.
