Prepare materials. To make a delicate flower like a carnation, you only need the following simple ingredients:

  • 3 sheets of the same color tissue
  • Drag
  • Ruler and pencil
  • Pipe cleaner
  • Duct tape
  • Wax Tape
Cut the paper towel into a rectangle. Use scissors to cut the paper into a rectangle 30 cm long and 8 cm wide.
Draw a line on the rectangle. First, use a ruler and pencil to draw a line 1 cm from the bottom of the rectangle. Draw one more diagonal line from the upper right corner down to the first line.
Cut along the drawn diagonal line. Smaller excess paper can be discarded.
Cut tassels. Cut the fringes from the top of the diagonal down. Cut until the bottom line of the paper.
Attach the flower stalk. Place the tip of the cannula along the shorter side of the piece of paper. Use tape to fix.
Roll the paper around the flower stalk.
Glue the end of the paper around the flower stalk. Use clear tape to keep the adhesive from showing.
Wrap wax tape around the top of the flower stalk and the bottom of the flower (calyx).
Pull out the tassel pieces. This step will help you complete the carnation.

Prepare materials and tools. You can create fun and fun flowers by using patterned or polka dot ribbons, or you can also make the flowers more realistic by choosing ribbons that are the same color as the flowers. Real. Here are the ingredients needed to make a ribbon flower:

  • A 30 cm long ribbon
  • Needle and thread of the same color as the ribbon
Sew the comb along the length of the ribbon. This stitch will go the length of the ribbon, helping you to shape the flower when you’re done.

  • Pierced only. Knot the end of the thread to help keep the thread on the fabric.
  • Thread the needle from front to back, along the edge of the ribbon. Drag the thread over until the thread button is held. Thread the needle from front to back, and then pull the thread. Repeat until the comb stitch is complete.
Tighten thread. Pulling the thread can pinch the ribbon from before you’ve finished the comb stitch. This step helps to create the basic shape for the ribbon flower: the petals.
Fixed stitch. Sew an extra stitch or two to help keep the shape of the flower in place.
Rearrange the ribbon to make it round. The end of the string should be left open when you pick up the flower.
Sew from back to front along the end of the ribbon. Sew up and down. Point back.
Cut off the end of the ribbon. Cut close to the stitch line so that the flower is rounded.
Add buttons to the center of the flower.

Choose fabric and tools. Tulle, silk, or other thin, light fabrics are great for making flowers. Here are the ingredients you need:

  • A piece of cloth 10 cm wide and 50 cm long
  • Needle, thread
  • Iron
Fold the fabric in half lengthwise.
Sew the two edges of the fabric on either side of the top of the piece.
Turn the cloth inside out. The stitching at the ends of the piece of fabric should be on the inside.
Iron both ends of the fabric. Do not iron in the middle, otherwise the creases of the flower will not be visible.
