How to make Taiwanese ramen
Step 1Process materials

Step 4Fried meat
Put 2 tablespoons of chili oil in the pan, wait until the oil is hot, then add 1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic and fry until fragrant. Next, add the minced meat and stir-fry, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
Finally, add ½ tablespoon of chili seeds, ½ tablespoon of soy sauce, stir-fry with low heat for about 2 minutes until the meat turns red-brown, then turn off the heat.
Note: If you don’t have chili paste, you can use Gochujang chili sauce instead.
Step 5Making broth
Put in a pot 400ml of soy milk, 200ml of filtered water and 1 tablespoon of chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a boil to complete the broth.
Step 6Noodles
Noodles you cook lightly, note that only for about 80% cooked noodles. Take out the noodles and rinse with cold water about 2 times so that the noodles are hunted and tougher.

Step 7Finish the dish
