  • 70g chocolate chip cookies (can be changed to other cookies)
  • 30g unsalted butter
  • 10g green tea powder
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 50ml sweetened fresh milk
  • 7g gelatin

How to make green tea cheesecake

Step 1Processing cake base

First, you proceed to grind or puree 70g cookies . Then, you continue to add 3g of green tea powder to the crushed biscuits and mix well.
