How to make soy yogurt
Step 1Disinfect yogurt jars
Yogurt jars are first put in a bowl and then filled with boiling water to soak for 10 minutes . Then, take out the jar to drain the water .
Step 2Cook a mixture of soy milk with sugar
You prepare a pot, add 500ml of soy milk and 100g of sugar , then turn on the low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
After boiling for 25 minutes , you see that the amount of milk in the pot is only half, then turn off the heat and let the milk cool for about 10 minutes .
Step 3Make a yogurt mix
After the milk has cooled down, add the remaining 500ml of soy milk and stir the mixture well .

Step 4Put it in a jar
