How to make fried porridge oil
Step 1Dough
Put 300gr of flour, 10gr of baking powder, ⅓ teaspoon of salt, 200ml of fresh milk, 30gr of butter, 2 eggs into the machine and proceed to knead the dough for 1 minute until the ingredients are combined. Next, you let the dough rest for 20 minutes to make the dough rise and chewier.
Then, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the flour mixture and continue kneading for 10 minutes at medium speed until the dough is smooth and does not stick to the walls of the bowl.
If you don’t have a machine, you can knead by hand for about 30 minutes, then let the dough rest for about 10 minutes , then knead it again by hand for another 5 minutes to finish.
Step 2Roll the dough
You proceed to roll out the dough to about 1cm thick . Next, you apply ½ tablespoon of cooking oil on both sides of the dough, then fold the dough in half and let the dough rest for about 4 hours in the refrigerator .
After the dough rests, you continue to roll the dough again to stretch the dough and then cover the dough with a towel for 20 minutes to reduce the cold and soften.
Step 3Shape the cake
You cut into equal strips of dough with a length of about 2cm and then stack 2 strips of dough on top of each other .

You should let the oil boil just when frying the cake because if the oil is too hot, the cake will be tough, if the oil is not hot enough, the cake will be soaked in oil and not puffed evenly.
