How to make braised eel with banana
Step 1Preliminary processing of eels
First, you wash the eel with warm water diluted with salt for 10-15 minutes to remove the viscosity. You can also use your hands to scrape the eels until they are no longer greasy, then rinse with water.

Step 3Marinated eel
You mix well the eel, cut pork belly with crushed turmeric, thinly sliced purple onion, lemongrass, chili, 3 tablespoons batch, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 2.5 tablespoons shrimp paste, 3 tablespoons satay, 3.5 tablespoons white wine soup and 3 tablespoons cooking oil in a pot, then let marinate for about 5 minutes .
Then, add the bananas to the eel mixture, mix well and marinate for another 10 minutes for the ingredients to absorb the flavors.
Step 4Braised eel
You put the marinated eel pot on the stove, close the lid and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the ingredients are cooked again. Then, you add about 500ml of water to the pot , cover and continue to braise for another 15 minutes until the broth boils. Finally, you add laksa leaves, bay leaves and green onions to add more flavor to the eel dish.
