How to make delicious and crispy bun cha ram super fast in just 15 minutes

Step 1. Fry ram

Prepare a pan of hot oil, when the oil is hot, fry the ram rolls (remember to keep the fire low, because the ram rolls are easy to burn). Remember to stir the ram rolls evenly , fry until golden brown , then remove and place on paper towels to absorb oil.

Step 2. Make fish sauce

Garlic and chili you crush and put in a bowl. Next, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of MSG. Squeeze in about 1/2 a lemon.

Then you add a little boiled water to cool and stir until the sugar dissolves. Finally, add the fish sauce in the same proportion as the sugar and stir well. So sweet and sour fish sauce is complete.

Step 3. Enjoy
