Steps to take
Step 1 : Grind and knead glutinous rice flour
– After soaking the glutinous rice for 8 hours to soften completely, put it in the blender with a little water to make a powder.
– After finishing the work of grinding glutinous rice, you put all the glutinous rice that has just been milled into a cloth bag, gently squeeze to let the water out, then hang the bag up to let the water drain down into the bowl until the flour is drained. This process takes about 3 hours.
– Put in the dry dough on a little water and then knead it thoroughly so that the dough has a sufficient plasticity that we can separate them from each other, do not pour too much water to make the dough dough.
Step 2 : Roast the tapioca flour
Tapioca flour is used here to make the cake, making the cake not sticky and more eye-catching.
– Put the tapioca flour into the pan and 2-3 pandan leaves, turn on the stove and roast.

– Crush the dough into small pieces and beat slowly to dissolve the dough and mix into the sugar water.
– When the flour is evenly dissolved, lower the heat to low and continue to stir, until the dough comes , add the coconut and mix until the dough no longer sticks to the pan, then turn off the heat. If you do not know when the dough will come, touch the dough with your hands, the dough will not stick to your hands, the dough has arrived .

Step 5 : Shape the cake
– Put all the freshly mixed dough into the mold and press it down.
– Sprinkle the flour evenly on the surface of the cake and let it cool.
