Step 1Process materials

Step 5Stir-fry soba noodles with tofu and vegetables
You heat a pan of oil on the stove, then add the chopped onion and garlic and fry until fragrant . Then add the cabbage and sauté for 2-3 minutes . Next, you continue to add mushrooms, carrots and freshly baked tofu , then stir well.
When the vegetables are about to cook, add boiled soba noodles with the mixed sauce, 3 tablespoons of noodle broth and bean sprouts, continue to stir for another 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to penetrate the noodles.
