  • 7g butterfly pea flower
  • 1 pack of Agar
  • 50g gelatin
  • 200g condensed milk
  • A little lemon juice

First, you wash the dragon fruit, pandan leaves first. After that, you cut pandan leaves and then puree them with 80ml of filtered water to get 50ml of pandan leaf juice.

The dragon fruit is peeled to remove the flesh, then squeeze out the juice. As for the butterfly pea flower, you put it in a cooking pot with 80ml of filtered water to get colored water.

Step 2Cook multi-colored crispy jelly

You put a pot on the stove, add 250ml of filtered water. Next, you put 35g of rock sugar in a bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of Agar jelly powder.

Then, you put the jelly mixture into the pot, stir continuously for 5 minutes until the mixture dissolves, then add 50ml of pandan leaf juice to cook, when it boils, reduce the heat to keep warm. You do the same with the red dragon fruit and the blue of the butterfly pea flower.
