Ingredient

Vegetarian biryani rice

  • 4 cups basmati rice
  • 3 tablespoons garlic ginger sauce
  • 5 green chillies (or less, to taste)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons each of cinnamon, clove, and cardamom spices
  • Cashew
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil or ghee
  • 2 cups chopped beans and carrots
  • 2 teaspoons Garam Masala powder
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder (or less, depending on taste)
  • Mint and coriander leaves (a handful)
  • Juice of half a lemon
