How to Make a Toy Car

Making a toy car is a very fun and easy craft to do. This is also a fun activity to help you strengthen your bond with your children or enjoy the feeling of returning to your childhood. Make a car out of plastic bottles

Wash plastic bottles. Peel off the sticker on the plastic bottle and soak the bottle in hot soapy water for about 10 minutes. This step will make it easier to clean up any sticky residue on the bottle, while also removing any bacteria.

Find the material for the axle. You can use many different things to make the axle: straws, wooden sticks, toothpicks or wire (such as wire from a coat hanger), etc. If it’s something long like a pencil, you only need two . If it’s a short object like a toothpick, you’ll need to use 4 sticks.

Find 4 bottle caps. You will use these covers as wheels.

Paint the car and wheels. You can paint the outside of the bottle and the wheels. It is easier to paint bottles and bottle caps before attaching to the car wall.
