Make a stress ball
- For a firm ball, you’ll use flour, baking soda, or cornstarch (also called cornstarch in some areas).
- For a ball that doesn’t get too tight, you’ll use rice, small peas or beans that have been split in half, or fine sand available at craft stores.
- If you want the right ball, you will combine rice with flour. This way, the ball will be more durable than when using only flour.
- The easiest way to do this is to use forceps or have someone else hold the mouth of the ball.
- If you let the air out while putting the ingredients inside the ball, everything will be pushed out and become very messy.
- If the mouth of the ball is clogged, you can use a pencil or the handle of a spoon to push the ingredients down.
