Ingredient

Traditional Strawberry Smoothie

  • 10 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup or 125ml milk
  • 5 stones
  • Option:
    • 1 tablespoon (15g) sugar
    • 3 ice cream

Strawberry smoothie without milk

  • 1/4 cup filtered water (or juice of any flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon (15g) honey, agave or granulated sugar

Traditional Strawberry Smoothie

Cut strawberries into small pieces. Although the recipe calls for 10 strawberries, you can use less or more depending on the strawberry size and your smoothie cravings.

  • To make smoothies easier, you should cut off the stem of the strawberry and continue to cut the strawberry in half.
  • Remember to use a clean knife and cutting board to cut!
Put the strawberries in the blender. Magic Bullet blender or multi-function blender can be used.
Pour the milk into the blender. 2% milk will make a thick and creamy smoothie, but fat-free milk, soy milk, and almond milk also taste delicious. If milk is not available, you can use yogurt.
Add ice. For a thicker and colder smoothie, you’ll add ice to the blender along with the other ingredients. However, if you want a thicker smoothie (at least in the beginning), you can add ice when you’re done making your smoothie. Decide according to your taste.
Blend until ingredients become liquid. Depending on the power of the blender and the size of the ice cubes, grinding will take anywhere from 15 seconds to a minute. Add sugar and blend for a few more seconds. If the strawberries are already sweet, you don’t need to add any sweetener. Or, if you want a naturally flavored smoothie, honey is a perfect choice. Cut about 10 strawberries in half. Ten strawberries is the right amount to make a smoothie serving, but it’s okay if you use more than that. You can always use double the ingredients for a smoothie to drink! Now you just need to take a cutting board and a knife to start doing it.
Place strawberries and water or fruit juice in a blender. Water will help dilute the smoothie and bring out the flavor of the strawberries, but fruit juice will make your drink extra special – you can add apple, pineapple, mango and even grape or cranberry juice .
