Acai berries are antioxidants with many controversial weight loss benefits. Some people believe that Acai berries reduce cravings and increase energy, so are popular with people who don’t want to lose weight solely through diet and exercise. However, there is currently no scientific evidence that this fruit helps with weight loss or provides specific health benefits. Steps
Use a variety of Acai berries
- Fresh Acai berries are ideal. Although uncommon, this is the best way to ensure the best quality Acai berries you eat.

- Prepare materials
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pomegranate seeds
- 210 g fresh, pureed or frozen Acai berries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 950 ml Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup lemon juice
- Mix pomegranate seeds with Acai berries, honey, vanilla and lime juice.
- Squeeze the juice from the honey and fruit mixture into the yogurt and set aside.
- Stir until yogurt/liquid mixture becomes smooth.
- Pour the yogurt into the ice cream maker and follow the instructions for use.
- Last two minutes before mixing is complete, pour in the Acai-pomegranate mixture.
- Freeze to form hard yogurt.
- Make a summer salad with spinach (spinach), red onions, cashews, and Acai berries.

- Place butter in a non-stick pan and melt over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir for about 5 minutes until the sugar has dissolved.
- Pour in Cognac, grapefruit juice and vinegar and bring to a boil, stirring. Add 1 1/4 cups Acai berries and broth and bring to a boil until sauce thickens. Cook for about 25 minutes and remember to stir well. Add pepper and salt.
- Preheat oven to 80°C. Use salt and pepper to season the chicken. Fry the chicken breasts for a few minutes on each side. Then place the chicken on a buttered baking dish.
- Pour the simmering sauce and remaining Acai berries over the chicken.
- Cover the chicken and bake for about 2 hours or until the meat in the center reaches 80°C. For faster baking, you can preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the meat in the middle reaches 80°C.
- Use a spoon to scoop the sauce onto a plate. Cut the chicken into slices and arrange on top of the sauce. Garnish with a few Acai berries.
