Select action. Click on the dot corresponding to the device’s location on the map, then select the “I” button. A window appears in the upper-right corner of the map, showing several options you can do on your lost phone:

  • Make Sound – iPhone plays a sound to help you search in case your phone is nearby.
  • Lost Mode – Lock iPhone and show contact phone number.
  • Erase iPhone – If your phone is stolen or you can’t find it, you have the option to erase all of its content. This option helps prevent sensitive information from falling into the wrong hands. Use caution when choosing to delete content as you cannot restore it.
