Most tablet crashes are caused by an application that doesn’t start or run properly, so closing the failed application or restarting the device will fix the problem. Wait for the app to minimize. It may take a few seconds to minimize if the application is suspended.

Try closing the app. Tap the app view button with the two panes icon in the bottom left corner of the tablet, then tap the X in the upper right of the app’s page. If the device still responds this way, the application will close.
