Go through the door. We’ve all been through this situation: You suddenly remember that you need to call the credit card company, then rush to the kitchen to pick up the phone. Suddenly, when you go to the kitchen, you don’t remember why you’re here. A study has shown that just walking into another room, we tend to forget everything in our mind. So you can take advantage of this to temporarily forget about your current problems. [2] X Research Source

  • Advice

    • Always remember that life has more good things than lost things. Always think positively. Everything that happens makes you stronger.
    • If you are financially constrained, you do not need to travel for a long time, but should only go to a local or cheap resort for about a week. Do not spend more than allowed.
    • Do not use drugs or drink alcohol. They only have a temporary effect and you’ll feel worse afterward.
    • Seek professional help if you feel you cannot handle it on your own.
    • If you have a problem with your lover, you should talk or forget about them.

    Warning

    • Do not use drugs to relieve stress as they can have serious long-term health consequences.
