Almost any person wants to be carefree and enjoy life every day. The point here is that we all have preoccupations. Negative thoughts and emotions can affect our mood. Fortunately, you can forget your worries and be happy on your own in many ways. As the Judy Garland lyrics say, “Forget your troubles, cheer up! All concerns aside.”
Steps
Change of perspective
- Visiting friends in the neighboring province.
- Back home to visit relatives.
- Go online to find new places on the advice of locals.
- When you have a negative thought, just get up and walk into another room.
- Repeat this action every time you have a bad thought.
- Every time a bad thought pops up, you need to get rid of it immediately.
- You can say, “No. I won’t think about it anymore.”

- You can dispel stress by dancing to music!
- Ask about work.
- Ask about new things in life.
- Ask them to describe a recent pleasant experience.
- For example, you might think, “I have beautiful hair,” “I never get sick,” or “I’m good at basketball.”
- For example, you might think, “I live in a beautiful city,” “My parents are still alive,” or “I never go hungry.”
Distract the body
- Dance. Join a dance club or dance at home.
- Cycling. You can rent bicycles in many places.
- Play tennis with friends, or play against the wall yourself.
- Join a yoga class.
- Go see a comedy.
- Watch a comedy movie.
- Bring back happy memories with friends.
- Sleep 8 hours every night.
- If you often sleep little, you can sleep 6 hours a night.
Advice
- Always remember that life has more good things than lost things. Always think positively. Everything that happens makes you stronger.
- If you are financially constrained, you do not need to travel for a long time, but should only go to a local or cheap resort for about a week. Do not spend more than allowed.
