Open the Find My Device website by going to https://www.google.com/android/find in your browser.

Choose your phone. Click on the phone name located on the left side of the page. At this point, Find My Device will start finding your phone’s location.

Lock the phone if necessary. To keep your data from being exposed, you can lock your phone with the following steps:

  • Click on the LOCK option in the upper left corner of the page.
  • Enter the password when prompted.
  • Enter your recovery message and phone number if desired.

Check the location of your Samsung Galaxy. When it’s finished loading, the phone’s location will show up in the center of the page.

Lock Samsung device. To make sure no one can access the data on your phone, you can tap the LOCK MY DEVICE option in the newly opened menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
