Select Support and press ↵ Enter . Options will appear on the right side of the screen.

Select Self Diagnosis and then press ↵ Enter . The Self Diagnosis menu will appear.

Enter the PIN code. If you have never changed it, the default PIN will be 0000 . The Reset window will open.

Select Yes and then press ↵ Enter . All TV settings will be returned to the original factory defaults. This takes a few minutes and the TV may reboot several times.

Release your finger after 12 seconds. The Factory Reset window will appear.

Put the TV on standby. You can apply this method to all Samsung TVs, but this is a last resort. You can put the TV to standby by turning it off with the remote.
