Open the Facebook app. This is a blue app with a lowercase “f” icon. Simply tap this icon on your home screen or Apps menu to open Facebook.

  • If your Facebook account doesn’t log in automatically, enter your email address and password and tap Log In . If two-factor authentication is enabled, you’ll need to get the code in the message and enter the verification code.

Change the shortcut. As you drag the Pages, Groups, and Games lists, use the selection list to the right of the dialog box that’s showing up to organize the content in the shortcut menu. You have three options for each asset. Those options include:

  • Pinned to Top: This option keeps the content at the top of the shortcut menu.
  • Sorted Automatically: This is an option that allows Facebook to decide where to place content in the shortcut menu.
  • Hidden from Shortcuts: The content will be hidden from the shortcut when you select this option.
