    • If you have a strong odor, it could be caused by fungal growth. Anti-fungal shampoo can solve this problem, specifically, apply to the armpit area in the shower (apply gently to create lather, leave on for 3 minutes). Consult your doctor if you want more specific prescription therapies.
    • Change bed sheets often and use white sheets because they can be bleached. More than that, you usually spend 8 hours a day on it.
    • Don’t be too “aggressive” with body odor areas because it can hurt and cause other serious problems.
